We spend too much time looking outwards, distracted by life. The truth is circular and always leads us within.
Soul Loss 
When we undergo trauma in our life we may suffer loss of our vital essence. The causes of this can be events such as a difficult birth experience, abuse, accidents and relationship breakdown. There is usually a sense of shock and betrayal involved. In our initial pain the soul can fragment and flee in terror. In some circumstances the soul can be so traumatised that it does not return.

 Symptoms of Soul Loss

• Feelings of fragmentation.

• Blocked memory.

• Being unable to feel love.

• A sense of remoteness.

• Inability to make decisions.

• Negativity.

• Suicidal tendencies.

• Despair.

• Chronic Depression.

Our intuition tells us when we have suffered soul loss. We feel as if a part  of ourselves is missing. There may be a strong sense of energy depletion and disharmony. This will be evident within ourselves and reflected in our life and relationships. Deep down the sense that 'something' is wrong never goes away, we know that part of ourselves has become lost, left somewhere out in the world. Or perhaps due to past life or birth trauma a soul fragment may not have been fully incarnated with us. Sometimes it can be another person who holds onto our vital essence, such as a past love who still holds a piece of our heart. Once our system is out of balance we are open to destructive intrusions entering the energetic field. These may manifest in the form of illness, addictions, negative thoughts and feelings.  Whatever the reason for soul loss it is necessary to call back our energy. We call it back cleansed and filled with the light and love of the Universe.

The Soul Retrieval Meditation

  This meditation will call in all your scattered energy and soul fragments. You will be guided through your energy system where you will identify any negative intrusions within your energy body

• All negative energy directed towards you is neutralised
• You will clear the memory banks of impacted thought forms.
• All interference patterns that feed off your life force are cleared and replaced with a more loving truth of who you are.
• Unfinished emotional business is addressed and released.
• You will remove all energy from your system that does not belong to you. This can be caused by outside influences such as other people's fear, anger or beliefs. When these are present within your system they cloud your ability to make decisions and act from your own place of power. You may find yourself acting out of character.
• You will also release all parts of anyone else's energy you may holding. This energy is then cleansed and sent back to the Source of All That Is and returned to the person concerned if appropriate.
• You will call back all energy that belongs to you from people, places and situations that may be holding it.
• Any soul fragments that have not fully incarnated with you will be called in.
• Any soul fragments that are held in different times and realms are retrieved.
• You will cleanse all levels of consciousness and fully integrate the work you have done.
   

This meditation does much to restore the integrity of your energetic signature. As you call in all scattered energy you will become more of the person you were meant to be. Clarity and focus are restored as you have released so much that has held you back.
